In stock dolls ship from San Antonio, TX the same business day or next business day. Delivery to the United States for instock dolls will take 1-5 business days from date of shipping. All Instock dolls ship by UPS Ground unless customer requests Fedex Ground. Customers requesting delivery to Hawaii and Alaska will pay the difference in shipping from ground to the amount of money required to ship to these two states. Customer addresses located closer to San Antonio take less time to deliver than delivery addresses further from San Antonio, TX. Instock dolls are defined as any Dolls found on the “Instock dolls” page or “Ricky’s Island for Misfit Dollies” page.

Custom dolls are any other dolls ordered from any other page on our website or dolls that are commissioned to be built through our site, over the phone, or via email with custom features that are not available as instock inventory. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of custom TPE dolls and 3-6 weeks for custom silicone dolls. Upon completion of a custom doll, customer will receive factory photos of his doll if the doll is eligible for factory photos. After vreceiving factory photos customer may ask for changes at no charge before the doll is sent from the factory in China. Not all dolls come with factory photos sent upon completion. For eligible dolls, factory photos will be sent to the customer’s email provided in the order upon completion. Examples of dolls not eligible for factory photos are smaller dolls like AXB 65 cm dolls and Irokebijin 90-95 cm TPE Dolls. Only a very small percentage of custom dolls (<5% ) will not receive factory photos.
